Modern Art Lamp Design Yki Nummi by Innolux
The Modern Art Lamp was designed in 1955 by Yki Nummi for the Finnish company Innolux. It is a timeless design classic and one of the best of Finnish design. The design of the lamp is basic as it was designed in the 50s. The cylindrical clear acrylic frame is combined with a transparent thin white shade that spreads the light evenly. The Mordern Art lamp was crowned in 1957 when it was added to the collection of the New York Museum of Modern Art. The diameter of the shade is 35 cm and the height of the lamp is 42 cm.
De levertijd van de Modern Art lamp is 1 – 2 weken.
The light source of the Modern Art Lamp is a 6 Watt LED light source corresponding to the light output of a 40 Watt conventional light bulb. The color of the light is 2700 K, what we experience as warm white light. The LED Light source is included with the lamp.
