TMM Floor Design Miguel Mila for Santa en Cole

The TMM Floor lamp is designed by Miguel Mila in 1961 and is one of the most acclaimed designs of Spain. The simplicity of the construction and the combination of materials makes the TMM floor lamp a particularly good design. The wooden base and display stand with there on the height-adjustable hood that is kept informed on by a simple rubber ring. The on/off switch is placed in the hood. By gently pulling the cord, you turn the lamp on and off. This minimalistic floor lamp is now supplied with LED light source. The TMM floor lamp is available in five types of wood, can be seen on the last photo. From left to right: beech, oak, cherry, walnut or Black You can combine them with three versions of the shade: Beige or white or a white shade with diffuser. The lamp is supported by a cross-shaped foot. A beautiful Spanish Design which you can easy mix with Scandinavian Design.

LED

The light source of the TMM Floor lamp is a 10 Watt LED light source corresponding to the light output of a 60 Watt conventional light bulb. The color of the light is 2700 K, what we experience as warm white light. The LED Light source is included with the lamp.

Miguel Mila

Miguel Mila represents like no other person Spanish contemporary design. He belongs to the pioneers the fifties and has designed several classics of furniture and lamps. His start was not easy in a period where no resources were available, yet he has designed the TMC and the TMM Floor lamp in this period.
